Details

Join U City In Bloom (UCB) and partners to improve your community through conservation. Wilson Avenue was devastated by a horrific flood in 2008. Lives were lost and many homes destroyed and the neighborhood lost its identity. Since then, invasive bush honeysuckle has taken over the riverbanks and trees on this neglected land. Help us show our citizens we have not forgotten this tragedy by converting this lost green space into a beautiful parkland.
