Plant & Shrub Donations Needed

U City in Bloom needs donations of perennial plants and shrubs for our Annual Plant Sale. Get your gardening tools out and start digging! Donations are being accepted at the Vernon Nursery.

Please place donated plants in plastic bags with an accompanying note that includes common and botanical name of the plant (if known), height, color, and any other special characteristics. Please no liriope, bamboo or tall orange day lilies! Other day lilies, and iris donations, should include a photo of the bloom or accurate description. Bring your donations to the Vernon Nursery at 6860 Vernon (next to the Dog Park) and place them under the shelter.
